Training

Solution Focused thinking is transforming schools in the UK and Europe, making an impact in the classroom, in the corridors, in the staffroom and in the way that people interact with each other in all aspects of school life. Teachers, LSAs, learning mentors, behaviour and learning support staff, headteachers and their deputies, school counsellors and coaches, psychologists, pastoral staff and others are all drawing on the approach in a way that makes a difference. The approach is being put to work not only with students, in relation to behaviour, learning and well-being, but also in interaction with parents, with colleagues and internally in school’s procedures and processes. Indeed the idea of the Solution Focused School is now current in several areas of the UK.
